QUIET PROTECTOR — SHIPPING PROTECTION TERMS

Effective Date: December 19, 2025

If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, these Shipping Protection Terms apply.

IMPORTANT: Shipping Protection is a service contract, not an insurance policy, unless we explicitly identify a licensed insurance underwriter and policy terms.

1) WHAT SHIPPING PROTECTION COVERS

Shipping Protection provides the following benefits, subject to the limits below:

(A) Lost in Transit: If the carrier tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost.

(B) Damaged in Transit: If items arrive damaged due to shipping.

(C) Missing Items: If the package is delivered but items are missing (must be reported promptly).

2) WHAT SHIPPING PROTECTION DOES NOT COVER

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • incorrect address provided by the customer
  • refusal of delivery
  • packages marked "delivered" but stolen after delivery (porch theft), unless explicitly included below:
    Porch Theft Coverage: [YES/NO — choose and delete the other]
  • delays that do not qualify as "lost"
  • customs delays outside our control

3) CLAIM WINDOW (DEADLINES)

You must report:

  • damage: within 7 days of delivery (with photos)
  • missing items: within 7 days of delivery
  • lost package: within 7 days after the last carrier tracking update OR within 30 days of shipment, whichever is earlier

4) REQUIRED INFORMATION

To submit a claim, email support@quietprotector.com with:

  • order number
  • tracking number
  • description of issue
  • photos (for damage)
  • any carrier communications (if available)

5) OUR REMEDY

If the claim is approved, we will, at our option:

  • reship the affected item(s) once at no additional cost, OR
  • refund the price of the affected item(s).

6) LIMITS

Shipping Protection applies only to the specific order where it was purchased and is not transferable.
